Every home needs at least one statement chandelier. Possibly 2. One of the biggest mistakes I see is lighting that’s too small for the room. Put down the west elm knock off metal fixture
Laundry room before and after. What you can’t see: new flooring and a new exterior door with a full lite window in it. The new door and the mirror doubled the amount of light in the room.

Which design choice made the biggest impact ? Layout? We moved a shower to access an ocean view. 
Color? The @villalagoontile was the perfect  blue. 
His and her vanities? 
We designed this space 7 years ago and it’s still one of my favorites.
I have a soft spot for tiny guest bedrooms. If you are coastal New England, ALL YOUR FRIENDS want to come visit in summer. You don’t need a huge space to create a peaceful lil hideaway.
