Minimalist + Sophisticated Condo

One challenging but incredibly rewarding project to date is the Portland Condo—a stunning transformation of a high-rise space on India Street. This new construction condo featured an open, airy floor plan with funky angles, expansive windows, and little to no storage. Our goal was to create a minimalist yet bold aesthetic, and we embraced the challenge with sophisticated neutrals, clean lines, and custom storage solutions to maximize the compact space.
Minimalism only works when you have proper storage. Our amazing clients understood this from day 1.

We curated a selection of oversized Maine art from Portland Art Gallery including works by Anne Sklar and William Crosby.

Custom built-ins were designed by Fiore Home and built by Tim Hill Fine Woodworking & Design Co were crafted in grain matched walnut, greige washed maple, and white painted wood.

Furnishings and wallpaper: Chilton’s, Fiore Home, Herman Miller, Furniturea and Blu Dot

Tile: Old Port Specialty Tile
